Weekpaper turns Google Calendar events into printable weekly pages. This policy describes the information this app uses.
Your account and calendars
When you sign in, we store your Google account identifier, verified email address, and name. Connecting Google Calendar is a separate, optional step. It gives Weekpaper read-only access to your calendar list and events. We store encrypted access and refresh tokens so your calendars can update without asking you to sign in each time.
We store calendar names, identifiers, display preferences, household memberships, and invitations. Event details are fetched to prepare the weeks you request and may be held briefly in server memory. Event details and generated PDFs are not saved to the database. When you download, print, or share a PDF, that copy is under your control.
Household sharing
Your account starts in a private household. Other household members can see your name and email and the calendars and events you explicitly share with that household. They cannot see your unselected calendars. The household owner manages invitations and membership. You can stop sharing a calendar or leave a household in settings.
How information is used
Information is used to sign you in, connect calendars, prepare your planner, and operate household sharing. Weekpaper does not sell your personal information, use calendar data for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Google provides sign-in and calendar data; the app’s hosting and database providers process stored information to run the service.
Weekpaper’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and retention
Essential cookies keep you signed in and secure the Google permission flow. Sessions expire after 30 days; invitation links expire after seven days. No advertising or analytics cookies are included. Account and connection records remain until you remove them. Hosting logs and database backups may retain information according to the hosting provider’s retention settings.
Disconnect or delete
Disconnect Google Calendar in settings to remove stored credentials, calendar metadata, and calendar sharing from every household. Delete your Weekpaper account to remove your account records and memberships. If you own a household with other members, transfer ownership first. You can also revoke access in your Google Account settings. Your events in Google Calendar are never deleted by Weekpaper.
